Considering the bitching that was going on in another thread, I thought I might ask this of /a/, if you were in charge of creating a new installment of the Blood franchise, how might you do it?
Would it be a sequel to something that already exists or a new story?
Would you use character design that is similar to what was done prior?
What sort of person would your Saya be?
How would the vampires/chiropterans/elder barins/whatever work?
Maybe you want to re-do an installment? Which one? How would you make it better the second time around.

Sounds fun. Considering such a thing would be at least another decade or so in the future, there could be some interesting cyberpunk stuff to play with in the story.
