That was something that always bugged me.

They failed at practically every single thing they ever did... how are they still in team rocket?

I always thought it would have been funnier if they had gotten kicked out of each "team", and joined the regional team of each new season, only to get kicked out and join a new one next season.

I just feel like they missed out on an opportunity for comedy and a chance to tie the show more closely to the games.

But maybe that's just me.
