not getting my hopes up. based on the last season and how people talk about it in the threads here it forgets it was a funny titty show and turns into dragonball dxd.

There was supposed to be some info on S4 by now i don't remember if it was supposed to be included in Dx.3 or just on Ishi's blog or w/e.

Apparently the editor won't allow him to let anything sexual happen and since by the first few volumes Issei already groped and motorboated all the girls he couldn't escalate it any more

I suppose that the end of S3 is the only thing that's got me tempering my expectations for S4, the events of the anime in S3 are effectively retconned by the EX side novels, but how do they bring that to the anime? All I know is American raised Asians here are like 6 inches taller. So obviously it is both the diet and pharma culture related. Much better off than herbal blends and "health drinks"(like diced Aloe in a bottle, tastes pretty good).

They either forget about those episodes and continue like they never happened.

Or they make it relevant to season's 4 plot. The only thing that was broken for season 4 is the fact Issei remembers using the Triaina Bishop cannons to defeat Loki. Everything else that happens after that is forgotten about for both Issei and Rias so the second half plot for season 4 is preserved. They only need to find a way to make Issei unable to use the cannons again until the end of volume 9 and the best way to do that is to tie it in to volume 9's plot.

S3 had a pretty big drop in sales, and support and managed to inch by thanks to Ishibumi coming in and making EX a bundle with the Bds.

Before S3 all the changes he made were small and had no impact, so im sure they will force him to stay with in that margin and will probably review changes he proposes with ishibumi and shit.

Then again studios and publishers have done some pretty stupid shit, so they might just let him pull a BorN all over again.
