The industry knows people watch shows just for Aoi and Hayami. Anyway this one was just awful for basically the reasons all Wit Studio written and scored by Okouchi and Sawano things. I used to think that Yoshino was the worse of the two writers but honestly in recent years he's produced the lesser of the absolute dreck. Okouchi is just god awful on a whole different level and seems to write from a really dark screwed up directionless place while Yoshino is just more of a weird perv and just doesn't have very interesting ideas. Wit Studio has really had an awful run since Attack on Titan and really needs to try out some new people or something cause christ at this point they are by far the worst division of I.G Port (Which includes Xebec too) and have built a fast and loud reputation for producing high profile shit anime
