I think she legitimately liked Kyousuke, but realized pretty quickly that it wasn't going to work. Still, she had her fun with him and used that as a way to thank him for helping her. I think it made Kyousuke more confident in choosing Kirino too, because then he could say he dated someone else and it just didn't feel right. If he had never dated anyone and then started fucking his sister, people would just accuse him of never being able to find anyone else.
