Probably Jotaro. Jonathan was at least something of an optimist and died thinking that his wife will survive and his enemy/brother will pass on with him, at the very least, he died with a smile on his face.

Jotaro though, he just had to live on past the tragic shit he experienced when he was young, he wasn't nearly as optimistic as Jonathan, he kept making mistakes, alienated his daughter, was dragged back into potentially world destroying events, and eventually ended up letting himself get killed in order to save his daughter, even though he likely knew that she was going to die anyway

It was Kakyoin's idea, Joseph went along with it because he's an asshole and Jotaro went along with it because he cannot into emotional bonds.

And while that was pretty bad, Polnareff reacted to it pretty quickly after goofing about for a little. Even then it didn't help much, neither of them could do anything in the dream and Joseph and Jotaro were just as quick to believe Kak had lost his mind as soon as he woke up.

Keeping it from Polnareff WAS the right decision at the time, it's unfortunate how it turned out, but the idea itself was solid.

Polnareff letting slip that Avdol was alive would be a very real possibility, considering how loud he is, as well as the fact that when he's excited or angry he may not think about what he's doing.

I think Kak and the group would have been willing to take any anger that Polnareff had about what happened, but they just couldn't afford to take any risks when Avdol was still in such bad shape.

It was a shitty idea and a shitty call that almost got Polnareff killed. And hell, given the other cases of injured people in the series it doesn't actually hold much water.

When Kakyoin was temporarily blinded, he was almost completely helpless and was hospitalized, yet DIO never bothered him while he was recovering. He also never sent people after Avdol when he was hospitalized after the N'doul fight either, although he got out pretty quickly. Kakyoin probably had the idea of teaching Polnareff a lesson in mind when he gave the reasoning for his plan, I'll bet.

Like I said, it turned out bad because the stand user that came after them when they finally met back up again was probably the worst possible stand user for the group, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a logical idea, albeit a mean one.

While I can understand thematically and the story perspective that Jolyne only knows Jotaro, hence hes the only one that comes back, It doesnt make sense that neither Jotaro or the SPW foundation give a single fuck over the serious situation they have at hand, theres a couple of DIO's followers still around, and they KO Jotaro and steal his stand and memories and they are ploting to do something,and that last for about 6 or 7 months and then complete chaos ensues with the sons of Dio stuff,etc

The Speedwagon foundation is neither able to help with nor responsible for literally everything bad that happens. SPW themselves don't seem to have many stand-users working for them, it's entirely possible that Jotaro and Polnareff were their only ones. SPW in SO did their duty by taking care of Jotaro while he was comatose, it was pretty much all they were able to do since Jolyne had turned their offer of busting her out down. SPW in general are helpful but overrated, their idea of helping was handing a vicious, disobedient dog over to the Crewsaders in the middle of the dessert. They seem more limited to political or financial help, providing transport, medical care, intel or paperwork when necessary.

Josuke isn't some super-hero who can or should be called on every time things get ugly, Jotaro didn't need to try and get him involved with something that had nothing to do with him. Particularly when he was under the impression that it was just a revenge-plot to get at him personally for killing DIO. He notably didn't call in Polnareff for help during part 4 even though he probably could've really used a hand, it's not the sort of person he is.

Bohemian Rhapsody would've definitely put all the stand-users on the alert, but given that it was impossible to isolate the user (Ungalo was never directly confronted at all) it wouldn't have made Florida the focus more than anywhere else. And Heavy Weather and C-Moon would've caused some alarm too, but there's been bigger stand-events in the JoJo universe before that didn't draw in outside help or attention, like Green Day.

And lastly, once again it's a story. It's a story which doesn't really have any ties to parts 4 or 5, which were their own localized things. A 'all the surviving JoJos team up to fight Pucci' scenario might sound cool on paper but would probably come up as obnoxious in practice, especially when GER's creation basically killed any potential for Giorno to be used as a character ever again.

I'm just genuinely hoping now that at some point in BTD they have Joseph use Hermit Purple to track Kira through that splodge of blood Jotaro found in Minako's apartment so it gives a reason for why Jotaro shows up at the scene near the end of CDIU, it'd tie up one of the plotholes of part 4.

So finally properly seeing the anime and holy shit, Battle Tendency has me captivated. I just can't stop watching, there is something about it that just mesmerizes me about it, it's just so good compared to Part 1.

While Part 1 is fine, I felt that it could of have been expanded on and even look more into interactions between Jonathan, Speedwagon, and Zeppelin. Dio though is pretty solid.
