She moved the plot forward while Ryouko got sidetracked from one situation she had to be rescued from into the next. In the second half I had the feeling that the producers didn't really know what to do with her until the finale.

The one thing I really didn't like was how fast her mother got rid of everything Satsuki set up against her. They could've at least implied that Satsuki's army and the years of planning slowed down the life fiber takeover.

It broke my heart to see that it was all for naught.

What I love about Kill Law Kill is that there's more shitty animation than in any other anime

Why would it? She made all her soldiers slaves to the life fibers' power, of course they were going to lose badly. She even says that using the same methods as her mother was a stupid mistake.
