Kiki's is clearly Ghibli's best, I've no idea why Spirited away gets so much praise when everything it does is done significantly better in other Ghibli movies.

Kiki's is better for comfy.
Howl's is better for magical setting.
Porco Rosso is better for story.

And that's just listing what each of those movies did best, they're all better than Spirited Away in every category.
