Just got back from the cinema. This film was a fucking masterpiece. The music, art, visual direction, everything was top-notch.
Bravo Shinkai, guess I have to watch your other films now.

How the fuck do I watch this movie, is it in europe?
>>149913199
masterpiece? really? bro, this is just a romcom with lens flare.
>>149913199
I also just came back from seeing it and thought it was very good but not a masterpiece like I was lead to believe. Why did neither of them realise they were +- 3 years when swapped?

>Mitsuha a cute. CUTE
It's not quite a masterpiece but I can at least agree to this.
>>149913422That's Taki though.
>>149913360
Believe it or not, trying to adapt to another person's lifestyle takes a lot of focus and comes with a lot of distractions.
>>149913360
Maybe masterpiece is an overstatement but I fucking loved it still, even more than Koe no Katachi.
Where did you see it?
>>149913199
anyone anons going to the LA screening?
>>149913483But the date is plastered all over tv, your phone, newspapers, Tokyo, at school etc it's just hard to avoid and something I imagine you would notice as soon as you saw it.

I think I preferred Koe no Katachi myself, but I do like drama. I saw it in Bristol.
>never got to see Taki being tomboy Mitsuha, kicking the ass of everyone around her
Dammit
