To be fair, during those chapters the author was trying too hard to make the readers to hate Tsukasa and root for Rui, the author's husbando and original endgame, so the manga was about Tsukasa doing horrible unredemeable shit for like 9 volumes until the author gave up because the readers only love Tsukasa even more.
