First, ''Escha pre-emptively rejected Logy'' only because they couldn't make another episode for the full fledged normal ending.
Second, in the real ending they got together again and they're still together in Shallie.

Nothing really happens in shallie+. Just a few extra diag and that
Logy returns cause fans wanted logy to return

Their relationship never actually sailed since canon ending is logy went back to central after the 2nd dusk game and magically reappears in shallie+

Tbh, shallie+ didnt do a great job patching up the loose plotholes left from the whole dusk trilogy considering it is the end.
