This flashback and its variant in the manga imply they slept together but it hasn't been confirmed, and I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be a red herring. Rei certainly has deep feelings towards her, though, which will probably be resolved in a few arcs, once we get past the Akari stuff, presumably when Rei has to battle her sugardaddy again.
