I dropped this trash after the first ep.

Best as I can tell:
Araragi meets a cute girl in trouble.
Araragi offers to get the girl out of trouble
There's a ghost involved somehow.
Araragi has to fight with his vampire powers or solve a riddle.
If there's a riddle it's easy to solve, if there's a fight it ends in a draw and Araragi has to negotiate his way out of it, or there's a huge ass-pull because Shinobu.
Repeat.

It's a deep story about a man who wants to bang his sister.

A loose one. Most screentime is spent on two-character dialogue scenes. The plots also don't tend to run long or get too complicated. If that bothers you go watch GITS or something I don't know.

Yeah, ararararagi is trying to find a moral and legit way to fuck Karen, but the only way is to become full blown vampire, that raise another problem he would get that pussy for few years then have to live centuries on his own and there is also some crazy lesbian just waiting to fuck him up when he try.
