Man the Sensui arc is really underrated. It added a lot of lore to the world that we didn't know and he got more imaginative with the powers. You could see the beginnings of his idea for nen in HxH.

Sena v shin battle is great but only the last part, the whole Ojo v Deimon semifinal fight is more boring than Shinryuuji v Deimon.

Part 5 has some amazing fights, and I think more people will appreciate it during the anime adaptation.

One of its main strengths that no part really did afterwards were stand combo fights. You have both Grateful Dead & Beach Boy, and Green Day & Oasis, who are pairs of stands with almost no apparent synergy but who combo together in really unique ways. I honestly think part 5 was Araki's peak in terms of creative battles.
