That would be wrong. OP will never leave the Top 3 but not every chapter will be given the same reception especially given that reception of every new arc seems to deteriorate faster now. MHA has never left the Top 5 since its serialization and its first volume went through several reprints more so than any new series Jump has had since AssClass, readers generally tend to like it unsurprisingly so any "pushing" Jump does for it is largely for merchandise since its never at a state of trouble.
