Decent use of 3d in anime

for its time, the use of 3d in initial D was pretty nice and allowed to follow the action/races much better than if it had been drawn

for today's standards it might be a bit uncanny though

That said, they've made some really fucking awesomely animated cutscenes and stuff in their games and they did asura's wrath which was basically just an interactive anime, so I wouldn't put it past them tohave just outright made an actual l anime

No. It is not a game nor anime. They are both promotional videos for some event I don't care to remember. The two studios made separate videos featuring the cat and mouse to compete against each other and see which had the better 3D animation.

Harmony's use of 3D was, well, let's say interesting. They managed to match 2D and 3D styles reasonably well at times.

At other times it looked pretty bad and the camera was en par with the fate zero circle walk scene.
