I love it
Read the manga when it started and thought it was great, but then again I was a fan of Hellsing so...
My only complaint is that it gets a little pro Japan at times but balances that out by admitting the main characters and the rest of the Drifters are all pretty much insane

I think it's shit because it looks like shit. The girls look like men and the men look like deformed ayylmaos. Music is so-so. The writing is shonen-tier with tryhard le funny moments. It's just shit, I can't hate mediocrity.

Because Hirano's latest work, Hellsing, only featured a single Japanese character who got killed in a really gruesome way. Drifters is balancing that. He wants to distance himself from making it Hellsing 2.0.
