It's a light hearted Saturday morning tier kids manga that takes about 10 minutes to read a week and it doesn't take itself seriously. It's not abysmal and it's not spectacular.

Watched 17 episodes of the anime and its okay, It's like that show thats on at 6am in the morning you just keep watching it, Not because its amazing but it just becomes part of your routine and the fact it has a vast amount of characters and going on a long adventure.

I can definitely see the appeal of it, I mean I even enjoyed some episodes of the anime, Usopp is garbage though.
