What does /a/ think about this manga?
It's been a year or two since I've read it and I still think about it from time to time. It really made me think/feel after almost every chapter, every chapter seemed very meaningful.
Urasawa's best work.
Probably deserving of an adaption on some anniversary since Monster got an anime and 20th Century Boys got some live-action movies.

I remember the ending being a little choppy. It definitely could of been better. I have to re-read it soon since I did enjoy it a lot
Can't speak for everyone, but its one of my favorites. I enjoyed it more than Monster.

Ending was dumb even compared to his other works. Liked 20th CB, Monster and Billy Bat way more.
North no. 2's chapters is the single best manga story I have ever read.
I'll balance this out by saying that I did not like it more than Monster or 20CB, but it's still very good.

Does that make 80% of the Gundam franchise fanfiction too? Or any manga adaptation ever?

3rd best work of Urasawa, one of the greatest mangaka ever i dare say. But looking at how concentrated and well written it was from start to finish it could make it easily to No 1 its really up to subjective taste. Either way one of the best manga ever made.
Also have to agree that Pluto is a better Urasawa work than Monster, but not his best.
I dont get it, was EVERYTHING Roosevelt´s plan? how did he knew that everything would go exactly as he needed to?

>Pluto better than best Urasawa
>not his best
>implying the ranking isn't Monster>20th>Pluto
I've only read four of Urasawa's works, so I can't say if it is his best, but Monster and 20th Century Boys are so repetitive and blunt it is almost insulting, and Billy Bat plainly sucks. Pluto is clearly better in every way.

It seemed to have been cut way too short for some reason. Could have been so much better. Still pretty good.

Nah m8, monster > 20th > billy bat > (21st) > pluto.
