Fuck, that OVA legitimately traumatized me. It compelled me to buy the game to see if Seiko was really doomed, and when I realized she was, it made it even worse. Now I can't play the game, but I can't delete it because it would feel like killing Seiko all over again.

If her dying is supposed to be a "running gag", it's seriously not funny.
