Phantom World was boring and Eupho has been pretty disappointing, unfortunately. I'm hopeful for Koe no Katachi.

This alone shows you don't know what you're talking about. Mai and Sento have personalities that are literally opposite. On top of that Mai gets way more development and characterization than Sento throughout the series. Hell even Koito got more development than Sento.
