I gave your question a bit of thought.

Probably not as big as Charles/Diana wedding given that they are a small country but it will be like in the fairy tales. Fine will probably be wearing her great-great-grandmother's wedding dress and Izetta will most certainly wear her white witch outfit maybe decked in some sort of military medal or maybe a classy sash.

For the wedding itself, they could do it in that old castle with maybe a 200-500 guest list from all European nobilities and commoners. Since it's a state wedding, commoners should be allowed to see them so Izetta could just take Fine for a ride around the city after the ceremony. Banners, confetti, fireworks, etc...

I assume a lance would weigh something around 2-3 kg. Remember, it's a one-handed weapon. While cavalry's versions of weaponry tends to be a bit heavier than infantry versions, they still need to use it effectively.
