It's unlikely. The first season was basically a labor of love on the anime staff's part. I've rarely seen such a faithful and well put together adaptation.

It sold like ass. So it did get a second season, but it was about the same amount of chapters as season 1 squeezed into half the episodes.

I can't see it selling any better.

And Risa is sick, so she's being replaced for the third OVA, but that's another thorn in the side of the thought of another season.
