Look, had Ako not slept with MC the very first night that she met him and instead had built a relationship prior to sex, then it would be understandable to be upset that she would cheat on MC. I'd fault the reader for not understanding Ako's character and instead placing their own morality instead of the one that had already been established.

If you fuck a girl within hours of first meeting her, you probably shouldn't expect her to be faithful, nor should she expect you to be faithful. Pretty simple I'd say.
