Can we talk about this like god damn I miss bleach
>>149006277
>I miss bleach
why
>>149006277
>I miss bleach
How? The characters in this already have their personalities established better than most characters in bleach ever were.
>>149006430
Ray and Norman have no personalities, they're literal plot devices at least up to this point
>>149006277
let's laugh at the idiots who didn't understand how this worked.
hahaha
>>149006469
how did it work?
>>149006459
>Main characters are plot devices
You're a moron.
>>149006721
Have a nice day
>>149006746
You too anon.
>>149006430
>How? The characters in this already have their personalities established better than most characters in bleach ever were.
Are you kiddin me? They are cold like robots. It is clear as day that TPN is completely plot-oriented. The characters are just functions to help the story progress. And that's it.
>>149007273
>They are cold like robots.
And that shouldn't be an aspect of their personalities because?
>>149007273
>They are cold like robots
Norman wants to kill because hes in love, are you high
>>149007475
>>149007273
I'd like to add that for supposed geniuses (even given their age) they didn't know Mama was doing shit to them for their entire lives. You'd think they'd be less acceptive if they were actual geniuses? Don't you think that Emma wanting to save everyone isn't really a genius thing because it won't happen?
I think Norman and Ray are working together to save Emma. But that they intentionally leak correct information to Mother so they can betray her on the final day. I think Mother wants to keep Emma alive for deus ex machina but Norman and Ray want to get down with her so they want to make their escape together.
I don't remember who the oldest of all three are and in what order they go but I think this info might prove vital to who the 'spy' truly is. Most of the inner-thoughts we've gotten so far CAN be interpreted in multiple ways.
>>149006277
How the fuck did he even come to that conclusion and goddamn Emma is a dumbass. Isn't she supposed to be a genius?
>>149007672
Ray probably switched the info given to the two new kids and told Norman the regular plan. Which is why we see the girl give the info for Norman's bed even though ray said she'd be given the one in the ceiling.
Norman is a respectable young man who wants to protect his future wife.
Nothing wrong with that.
>>149007614
He think genius have to be perfectly adapted to every situation... That's really stupid of you, especially since they are 10 years old child against grown man. They are not omniscient nor infaillible.
>>149008096
That's not what I said.
>>149007475
Being like a robot is having personality to you? They're dull.
>>149007509
Yeah, but that "being in love" was portrayed in a very shallow way. 99% of his behavior remains cold. It's hard to root for these characters, because as they are super smart and super disciplined, their weaknesses, feelings and fears never show up completely. I understand that they have to keep up appearances to fool Mama, but that doesn't apply to us, the readers. Emma stands out because she's funny and kinda clumsy. But still lacks something. I think the author needs to put more stakes, you know? Stimulate further the characters. Make them stop talking and planning so much and put them to do things too. Express their feelings through actions, not just words. This is how a character gets personality.
>>149007672
She's just too emotional for her own good. I think she realizes how hard things are, she just wants to defy the odds because shounen MC syndrome, I guess.
>>149008192
Anon, we get it, you say this in every thread.
Only advice any of us can give you is either drop it or give it some time.
>>149008096
>especially since they are 10 years old child against grown man. They are not omniscient nor infaillible.
what? they act like pro investigators all the fucking time
>>149008192
>Make them stop talking and planning so much and put them to do things too.
i agree with this point. they talk too much
>>149008434
Judging by your writing, I understand why you'd want that.
>>149008434
and any thing they could've shown just doesn't show up.
Like when Nigger Mommy was playing catch with a time limit. We didn't SEE how Norman was able to outrun her 24/7. She just stood there and was like
>I'm so overWHELMED by his power I'm frozen stiff
Started reading, it's nice so far. But do you know this reviewer Chibi? Found one of his video. What's up with the hair of this dude?
>>149009027
Fuck that guy.
>Make a comment to shit on Bleach
>It actually sparks some decent disscussion.
>>149008501
I agree with you, that should have been handled better.
>>149008501
The author is not as smart as them. Trying to show too much wouldn't be a good thing.
>>149006277
Is this the 80s
Emma is going to be a top tier qt.
I want to protect her.
>>149009443
How are you even posting Norman?
>>149008243
They are against grown man who had the same potential as them.
>>149009443
Incognito browsing.
Mama will never know.
>>149009650
Meant for.>>149009491
>>149009721
FUCK.
>>149008501
>and any thing they could've shown just doesn't show up.
Indeed, the lack of show don't tell is a problem in this series.
>>149009911
But do we think it's on purpose in this instance because Norman uses some secret ninjutsu they don't want to tell us about yet, hack writing or the fact that the chapter was nearing its end and had to be wrapped up?
>>149009317
Why yes, Tezuka was calling the other day.
