Yes

No dude, his waifu is kallen , and if you haven't noticed she doesn't really like him all that much at the end(or know he's alive , if he is).
>>148994697
She was talking outloud, he wasn't actually there. She did the same thing earlier in the series, C.C. is the kind of "whimsical bitch" that likes to do mysterious shit like talk to dead people as if they were with her.
If Lelouch didn't die, the series had a shitty hypocritical ending. They built up toward the ending since episode 1, literally everything logical points to Lelouch dying, and we fucking literally watched him die.
>>148994697
Lelouch should have killed himself much sooner
>>148994697
No and no.
>>148995292
Fuck off.He killed himself for a stupid reason anyways.
He could've always, you know NOT PLAY THE VILLAIN, and the world would've gotten a benevolent dicatator that could actually change shit. The ending was dramatic but pretty nonsensical. So fuck you.
>>148995288
but he was driving the horse carriage :)he rides a horse in one of the openings

The plot in general of Code Geass is stupid and poorly executed. I can at least understand the appeal of the first season even though I don't like it, but everything about the second season is complete shit.
>>148995765
is the plot of your favorite slice of life moeshit any better?

JIBUN WO

before, she was actually talking to his mother, who was in spirit form for reasons that escape me right now. Lelouch did not have the same powers has his mother
>>148995288
> If Lelouch didn't die, the series had a shitty hypocritical ending
Why? He really intended to die, he just didn't know that he got Code from Charles.

I don't watch much SoL actually. You really shouldn't say that considering Geass is the Mecha show most SoL moeshit lovers actually enjoy. If I was one of them who doesn't care about plot and only care about scenes in a vacuum boring characters i would enjoy Geass.

Of course you'd think it's nonsensical when t looks like you are missing the point.
It doesn't matter what you or I would do in that situation. It's not about us. It all about what the character thinks and whether or not he has his own reasons to act that way.
Becoming a benevolent dictator was never his objective nor a real part of Lelouch's mindset at any time during Code Geass so having him suddenly choose to place any actual value on that outcome wouldn't make sense. The ending as it stands actually does reflect his emotional and mental state. It's not the best plan in the history of fiction, but it's one which absolutely works in this context.
Which is why for me what is truly stupid would be ignore all that and come up with completely different plans instead, without giving a damn about how the character himself thinks or what he cares for.
>>148995288
Not necessarily. Lelouch was always a liar and even a survival ending would have him give up on his beloved sister as well as his own identity and past, plus he did in fact suffer the pain of death in either case.
>>148995395
The world has new leaders interested in keeping the peace as well as a new Zero that will also help to change things. Benevolent dictatorships can be effective for a while but their results are very vulnerable once the dictator is gone.
>>148996642
I understand it perfectly. I just think the writing is bad and the premise is stupid.
Goro kills Lelouch.
Goro let Lelouch live.
>>148995288
C2 can talk to people in C's world dumbass so she isn't really talking with herself also dying in a flashy manner and then secretly come back to life sounds just like one of his crazy plans
I want a Carnival Phantasm-esque sequel to Geass for the 10th anniversary where every character is part of the Ashford Academy.
You aren't confused, you're just new.

That had nothing to do with Marianne's power, but the fact she had one. Her power was just to occupy another person's body. When Lelouch asks CC why she didn't tell him Nunally was alive(post-broadcast from Schneizel) she says that she can't because Nunally doesn't have a geass. And she could only speak to Marianne when her "consciousness had surfaced", i.e. when she was assuming control of Anya. So it's possible she could be ghost talking with Lelouch, if he was alive. But that's stupid, if he's alive he'd be the driver of the carriage.
And that's possible. Could've taken Charles' code, or he could've taken CC's and fulfilled their contract. V2 didn't die when Charles took his, he only turned mortal. And it didn't seem to activate in Charles until he died(CC was also shown dying in her memories when inheriting the nun's code). So it's totally possible that he's taken CC's. It also fits CC's dialogue in the final battle pretty well if she's become mortal by then. It'd also explain Orange(best lad) being so easygoing about the subject of his loyalty dying. Kind of a dick fucking move against Nunally, but so would dying be towards CC.
Both are totally possible. There's good reasons to support either conclusion. Dying ties up the message better, surviving the characters. I'm leaning towards Lelouch surviving.

That's pretty much just Code Geass as it is. Already had all the main characters, a chunk of the rounds, and like half the supporting cast. Just add Charles as principal and you're done.
>>149001084
Some of the best CG episodes were the comedy ones at school, this has potential.
>>149001084
You should watch/hear more of the picture dramas and audio dramas. Code Geass has some good ones in that sort of tone. Most people who only saw the anime probably never checked them out.
>>149003777
The picture dramas were amusing.
>>149001084
That last picture drama hit hard.
