Actually I think it's quite funny at times, I like the way this mangaka writes. The pacing is slow, but what makes it seem worse than it is is the release schedule; which is all kinds of fucked up. The romance is kind of generic, but it manages to be cute despite being predictable; the manga has somehow got that charm to it.

And hopefully it will go places now, in the most recently release chapters there's actual development and both characters are aware they love the other, everyone else is aware too. It seems like the next 'arc' will be about one of the side characters though, that's another reason the story feels slow; the romance isn't always the main focus.

There is almost no romance whatsoever. The female MC is as robotic as they come. The male MC is blander than a with only two loafs of bread. A good romance has interaction and development.
