Recently Akame from Akame ga kill... Erza is less a swords woman, more an all round warrior though a great one but to wrack my brain.. Shiki maybe.. Ragna blade was powerful but Lina inverse wasn't very good at it so shes out. A lot of the female shinigami from bleach are strong (but sword wielding shiki could beat them). Shana is a strong contender... arg this is a a difficult question.

I am gonna have to give it to Saber from Fate.

Shishio is like 5-6 down the list. At least.

Sojiro was not only able to figure out kenshins ultimate move after seeing it once, but was even unphased after getting hit with it, he literally had gotten up and was walking around seconds after.
