Either Sunrise, kyoAni, or IG. Because FMP LN series is already over, so publisher doesn't need to promote FMP anymore. It means it must be the studio who have a money/power to buy anime right for animating FMP. And those three studios are the one who ever did that.
I hope it's kyoAni, but I think it's gonna be IG since they also buy FLCL's and LoGH's anime right.
