That girl Nemurin interacted with in the last dream she visited was SwimSwim.
SwimSwim looked up and admired Ruler as a princess until Nemurin convinces her in that dream that she can be the princess herself.
So SwimSwim being a kid takes this to heart and begins to backstack, lie, murder and backstab everyone in order to accomplish her goal.
She ends up being the true final boss and the one with the highest kill count before Ripple finally kills her.
Next episode you'll see SwimSwim backstab Ruler and kill her off already.
She'll also kill Cranberry and TopSpeed (who is also pregnant in reality).
Nemurin's instigation is what caused SwimSwim to tip over and start the mass slaughter, though the entire process was already intended to go down that track since Cranberry who is this group's observer is already completely mindfucked because she saw a monster kill all her friends (first scene on the 1st episode) and Fav basically got bored of the entire deal and said fuck it, instead of deleting just the memories it will be more fun to delete your lives.
