But hey, if you like series where the B-plot is so convoluted and confusing it grinds the enjoyment (and everything else, really) to a complete stop, where there are a million new characters that we didn't need (how many heroic characters did the series already have by the time A's ended?) and that you don't care about because they are flat and not fleshed-out, or because they get replaced later on, or because they are simply pointless, only existing to take up space that could have been better used for fleshing out the other characters (which I guess wasn't a priority, since it's not like exploring Fate and the Wolkenritter made them memorable and interesting or anything), where most of the first half is literal filler because it's not like there were some other matters that would have benefited from the extra time or where the focus changes from one set of characters to the other because no one knows what the hell they're doing, then that's fine. Don't expect me to respect you or your tastes at all, though. You also brought up them being adults and the focus on close range combat, like that fucking means anything. If A's had everyone as adults and the fights were Symphogear-like, that wouldn't have meant it wouldn't still be the highest point in the series by far thanks to its fantastic writing and plot. And what do you know, that's what StrikerS happens to lack. I'd wonder if there's a connection there, but StrikerS sold well so it doesn't matter, does it?
