Not that anon, but that's the risk you take in that kind of relationship. If they want to be together for the rest of their lives that may mean they fall out with their parents, society shuns them or they have to live a quiet life. Relationships aren't easy to manage and if they wanna succeed they just need to be 100% honest with each other and talk things out. Obviously it's gonna be harder since they're siblings but that doesn't mean it would be impossible and they shouldn't be together. I'm sure you'd much rather be with the person whom you love with all your heart rather than someone society and your family approves of.
