What does /a/ think of 20th Century Boys?

I read it all over the summer, it was fine but I wasn't blown away by it. All the big things I expected to be really big, the conspiracy, the counter-conspiracy, the final return of the hero, it all felt like "wait that's it?" and then it ended.

Passable.

Really great build to a lack luster last half, still was decent even in the second half but not as big as the first half made it out to be.
