You don't need that. You can partition the timelines as pre-Bureau, Bureau and post-Bureau. All the confusing dates happen pre-Bureau, but you don't have to bother memorizing it or piecing it all together. Just lump it all together in your pre-Bureau jar. The only possible exception are the Gagon and Rainbow Knight flashbacks, which recur quite a lot. Still, you can take note of those in your mind without some chart.

It was my favorite anime is the last 5 years. If you're one of the people who likes dark super hero stories mixed wit toku, mech, some history and lots of neat references, then you're going to love it.

Watch it in airing order. The only bad one is the Nakashima episode, which you could realistcally skip and not affect the plot at all.

Jiro best hero, Akiko best queen, Raito best boy, Earth-chan best girl.
