I watched this years ago, when i first visited /a/ and asked for some Anime recommendation. Boku no Pico is a masterpiece in my opinion.

I think a lot of people get caught up in boku no pico's flashy use of lighting and shot composition and they end up missing out on the thematic depth and the near epic scale of the narrative, the fact that most don't even pick up on the fact that it's a hypotext for the biblical story of job is a testament to how intimately the writer and the animators were working to create a sublime work that transcends the barriers of sexuality.
