Mahiro, Hakase and Yoshino go to Aika's grave, basically says the same thing they say in the Anime, go to an park and during the talk they met Mahiro's girlfriend and moments later Hanemura(when Hanemura was in a train going to this place he says that even with the both trees destroyed they still could use the trees power, I don't really know if this is an translation mistake) arrives with his girlfriend, then they start walking and it basically shows that the Manga ended and his lifes continues.

What? No, how does that even work? You think she's guaranteed to magically know what's going on with Hakaze and Samon and solve that and get them all to work together? The only reason she fucking knew is because Hakaze told her, and the only reason Hakaze told her was because Yoshino saved Hakaze, and the only reason Yoshino even knew Hakaze existed was because Aika died. If Aika didn't die then the entire story wouldn't have happened and there's no guarantee that the world wouldn't have ended without Aika being able to do anything about it. That's why she killed herself.

If Samon revived the ToE she could stop the mess by herself like Hakase did against the ToE and the ToG.
If the plan went wrong, Samon himself could bring the princess from the past to stop both trees, that's the reason why he prepared a measure if the things went wrong. In the anime it looked like she was more powerful than Hakase, so... She didnt had any good reason to kill herself, she's the worst girl.
