A boy falls in love with a girl.

A haffu who recently lost her father moves with her slightly unhinged mother to Nippon, where her mother tries to cope with the loss with support of her parents.

Meanwhile, the haffu daughter makes some friends with a bunch of talented but eccentric school outcasts, and together, they form a horror-centric idol group.

I've been wanting to draw this out as a comic for a while now. Imagining it as an anime wouldn't hurt.

MC is known as one sore loser at school. One day, a mysterious girl appeared in the middle of the road which he rescued and in return, allowed him ask for one wish. MC choosed to be transported to another world with the girl of his interest and his rival in love. They arrived in seperate locations: The girl was on a religous country, his rival on a farm, and MC is on a lake where a mysterious beauty was taking a bath. While escaping the girl who appears to be capable of using magic,he ventured deeper in the forest and found a series of gears and a blinding light flashed the whole area. It is the remaining essence of the God of Intelligence, one of the main gods in this world.

After testing his newfound ability to create various mechanical constructs from thoughts, he joined the Magical Academy in city he heard from the citizens. When he enrolled, he was challenged by his rival which happened to wield "the most powerful sword" by which then he ended as draw.

MC gets an harem that includes the girl he met before and his rival continued to find a way to return to their world. The MC's main interest that got transported along them became one of the main antagonists, apparently by becoming the host of The God of Flesh, which is one of the two main cults are revering.

Rings that allow you to kill anyone who you look at while you spin the ring around your finger. Once you use the ring once, it is locked onto your hand and it slowly gets tighter to warn you that your death is incoming because you have to keep killing or else you die yourself.

A detective gets a ring from someone who dies inn his custody because he kept him from spinning it for too long. The detective goes on a race against time to track down all the rings and kill their wearers since the only way a ring bearer can die is by another ring.

One episode would feature him going to the psych ward to investosgte suspicious deaths, where he finds a crazed girl with an unremovable ring. He spins his ring and kills her, but when he breaks into the morgue to collect the ring, it doesn't come off like it should. It's superglued on. The crazy girl was a decoy and the real killer has absconded because her death tipped him off.

This would lead to trouble in the next episode where he sees a live stream of a girl going down the street, spinning her ring and killing everyone in sight. (It's visible by helicopter)

The Detective doesn't know if he should kill her or not(you can kill people if it's live tv), because he is worried he's jumping to conclusions again and the real killer might not be the girl.

The girl does turn out to be the killer though, and she's also gone insane because she was a pregnant ringbearer who got stuck out in the woods or something and to save her life she had to cut open her stomach and look at her baby and spin her ring to kill it to buy her enough time to live.

I got more ideas, too. The president would be a ring bearer so he has to break into the white house for the finale.

One day while she's playing around with magic, the demon lord accidentally warps herself to Japan.
She then becomes an idol.

A boy is born with a biological clock 3 times slower than that of a normal human being.

He ages 3 times slower, and the world to him seems to move at lightening speed. As he reaches his 16th birthday (48 years in real life), he finally moves out and gets a job at an old library where he can afford to take his time answering people and organizing things. At the prompting of a young girl, he learns through ancient books at the library that he can train his body to work faster. Seeing results after months (almost a year) of hard work, he starts to be able to spend time with his friend. Unfortunately, he begins to lapse and watches the girl pass him in age.

Will he be able to train himself to live at her speed, or will she keep growing older and not be able to wait for him?

There is a competition sponsored by Cupid, to see who can amass a greater harem. For this purpose, contestants get special cars, blessed by Cupid with the power of Love. When you hit or run over a girl with one of these cars, she instantly falls in love with the driver, and suffers no harm. It only works on girls, guys run over by them suffer the same as if it was a normal car. Going off the road on purpose to hit someone counts as cheating, thus the car stops working. Causing harm also gets you kicked out of the competiton.

Our hero is a young boy hoplessly in love with a schoolmate, who almost got run over by a Love Car. The car instead crashes and the driver gets to hospital. Since he is unable to continue the race, Cupid makes our MC the owner of the car. Problem is, the competition is already at half time, his car needs repair, and he has no experience in driving.

Characters include: an arrogant aristocrat competitor, a cool rival with over 100 girls lusting over him already, a mysterious driver who turns out to be a tomboy, and a genious yet weird mechanic who repairs cars.

MC loses the first round, he could win, but only girl he could run over in time is his crush, and he considers it cheating in love. Gets a consolation prize from Cupid for this, of course.

Next arc kicks off when some cars are mysteriously swapped with normal cars looking just like the blessed ones, causing chaos among the streets.
