Okay, let's break this down.
Something something, either supernatural or an experiment caused this woman to turn into a titan shifter and she had the power of the coordinate.
She was the progenitor titan.

For some unknown reason, she had the ability to turn others into titans. Or she just used an inferior serum, or her DNA was the reason for why only she could become a shifter (similiar to the shit in the amazing spiderman 2 with Peter only being able to become Spiderman because the formula was made with his fathers blood). But did she turn them into shifters or mindless titans, which she controlled with her power to help humanity? I think they were mindless and she controlled them.

Later on, her power was divided on 9 other titans. This pretty much sounds like she was eaten. So somehow, these 9 titans all got to drink her spinal fluid and turned into shifters.

These shifter powers were passed on from generation to generation until this day.

I am pretty sure the whole devil thing is just a metaphor for science. The question is, how do people get the serum so easily?

We know that titan bodies evaporate, just like the serum. Maybe its as simple as that. Titan blood. You can take the blood from a titan and seal it so that it doesn't touch air and it won't evaporate. Inject it, and you turn into a mindless titan.

There's likely an ongoing war between the shifters from the Marley Eldians and the Coordinate on the walls. The reason why Frieda lost to Grisha that day was because she was tired from fighting them. Reiss was obviously the second titan family uncontrolled by Mare. Memory manipulation is their specialty and unrelated to the Coordinate, which they stole when they overthrew Fritz and established the old wall regime.

At first we got the scene in the basement, then a timeskip of Eren and the SL getting back, only showing their backs without any facial expressions, and then a flashback about them finding the books and now reading them.

Just what the fuck are Eren and the others gonna do now? Everything is fucked. Everything they thought was real was a lie.

What goal do they even have after this? They always wanted to go to the outside world, but that seems impossible now since they would be hated and/or killed by Mares.

I have absolutely no clue where the story is heading from now on. I mean sure, Eren could learn how to use the coordinate properly and at least let some people out of the walls to see the rest of the island and the ocean, but that's it.

Fuck this shit is depressing. Now i understand why Isayama wanted to make an "everyone dies" ending. There doesn't seem to be a way out of this hell.
