Had the most bold and strange soundtrack of anything made in the 90's I'll say that for sure. Cowboy bebop is wonderful but Utena has music that you just can't even understand or classify held together effortlessly in everything from the BGMs to the rock symphonic duel themes. All of it brilliantly melodic and never atonal. Seriously how does a soundtrack like this even exist?

Of course, it's the best anime of all time. Akio is probably the most sympathetic antagonist of all time, guy was the hero they needed but not the one they deserved, solved all the problems on school with hot dickings and car rides.
