Putrid shit in every conceivable way, the first episodes are bearable but from 5 and up it's pure garbage. Super cute main girl though and the Poison (Final Fight) look alike is also great.

The Chinese just need to stop trying to push their culture into their anime (like Chinese characters, pagodas, Chinese mythology and that type of shit) and they will be alright.
All the other Chinese anime you can tell it's Chinese in a moment but not To be Hero.

This anime seems funny. It's not a masterpiece as well, but it's nice to watch.

It's symbolic. The father changing is him getting older and having to raise his wife's daughter all alone.
The daughter secretly wishes for her parents to get together again, that's why she sabotages her father's womanising ways.
She is also a bit immature regarding sexuality.
Pretty good social commentary dressed up as comedy.
