You're 100% correct. But Kurosawa actually saw what her 'real' personality was as well, to some degree, and that never changed. I'm pretty sure at one point he even admits to himself that she's a better match for someone like Broccoli, and vice versa because of that.

But if I had to pick i'd pick Berserk and Shokugeki No Soma. I can always go back and re-read these series and find them fun. I've re-read Berserk about 5 times now, SnS about 3 or 4.

I started reading Onani without anyone telling me about it and I was mindblown by how good it is, at first I though it's just some smut ecchi shit but it turned out to be a very enjoyable read, I even read the 2 wn chapters after that. I don't know about favorite manga of all time but if you liked it maybe you will like molestar man too, both are very similar.

For me it's Aku no Hana, I don't know what it is about it but it completely blew me away.

OMK for me as well. maybe not favorite of all time, but certainly a very good read/ride. i think it's the perfect arc at the perfect length that makes it so good.

school rumble, ichigo 100% also have a spot in my favorites but that's maybe because of nostalgia.
i wish i had a more pretentious taste but i don't. the ones that stick with me the most are those kind of simple but "clear cut" manga for some reason.

tons of other great manga out there though really. the OPTs should really post more proven good manga instead of so much random stuff (dunno if that's still the case today). like yotsuba, boti and black jack.

One of the best manga i've ever read. It's funny how Onani Master tackles the same themes as Koe no Katachi, but does so in much more nuanced and well-crafted manner, without getting much mainstream recognition at the same time. I was genuinly shcked how good and well strctured this story is, kinda a rare thing in highschool romance manga.
