It's probably because Riyuro is a demihuman while Hamsuke is a straight out beast. It's kinda like how the stats of a level 100 dragon should be higher than a level 100 human it's their very nature of job levels and how it affects them. The more humanoid you are, the more skills you get and the more heteromorphic/animal like the more stats you get instead.

This is simple, CZ is a robot therefore most likely has backup recovery options for her memories, making her the most apt person for Ainz to train himself in memory exploring as well as memory changing. Most likely he'd test out all the stuff first on the cleric, then fine tune it to Shizu since the former is already fucked up with each change so there's no way to reset for different variation tests.

I remember reading one OGL DnD system which have drakes as playable option. They count as a beast, and "beast" type was actually a penalty. "Beasts" cannot use a lot of tools and weapons, and armor is more expensive for them, because it needs to be tailor made for their figure and size.
So i think that the fact that Hamsuke have a better stats is nothing special. In Yggdrasil you probably need to spend more data for non-standart armor, but that's just my headcanon.

I think normally it would be the case, you might be thinking heteromorphs can still use armor just fine but I think it depends on the shape and race in general.

For example, Cocytus and Touch Me are good examples of opposites, while for beasts if it was that easy to equip dragons and shit, then Mare's dragons would definitely be decked out in gear but that isn't the case. Hamsuke on the other hand has armor, but we do not know how much datat there is in there and only by gaining warrior levels did she manage to use it without penalty. Another great example is how Shalltear can only use her full battle gear in her weakest form as opposed to when she's in her true ancestor form which should in theory be vastly superior, but that is only conjecture as Peroroncino probably has no intention of dolling up Shalltear in that ugly mode which is more along the lines of Tabula's domain.

And most of all we know that there's still game mechanics carried over in varying ways, like leveling for everyone in general, while the players/npcs cannot wield weapons and gear they are not proficient in.

I agree Hamsuke having better stats is nothing to cry home about, the real deal is the matter that Hamsuke as a beast managed to acquire armor and also train in techniques which it's kind normally has no access to.

So far there's no mention in Yggdrasil of players being able to play as pure beasts, simply heteromorphs. While certain heteromorphs are basically no different than beasts, I do not believe we ever heard of anyone playing as a pure dragon for example.

Aura looked over to Shalltear after hearing her distracted response. This was when she realized Shalltear was writing something in a memo pad.

After a quick glance, she discovered that Shalltear had essentially recorded her master’s words down in exacting detail, as well as the actions he had taken.

This… how shall I say this? Of course, it makes sense to preserve Ainz-sama’s words for posterity, but I doubt Shalltear is writing them down for that purpose...

Shalltear should have recorded the key points of her master’s wisdom, and then learned from them. However, this situation was beginning to make her feel uneasy.

“Ah, you know. I feel that taking notes is a good idea, but that shouldn’t be the whole point, right?”

Shalltear looked at her with a baffled expression on her face.

“Got it? Maybe taking notes makes you think that you’ve done a good job. But what you should be doing is recording the important things and using them to teach yourself how to deal with similar situations, right? Is it really okay to take notes like this?”

“It seems okay…”

“Well, if that’s the case, then great. Just in case, you should go over them again once you return to your room. Try to think about what Ainz-sama had in mind and then put yourself in his place and imagine what you would do in his shoes.”

After saying that, Aura suddenly wondered why she was saying that sort of thing to Shalltear. And then, for some reason, she felt that guiding her in that way was very natural to her.

Lazy translatorfag here. I'm less than 10 minutes in and this is already looking harder to translate then the entire PPL series so far.

There is are a few "you need to be at least this Japanese to get the joke" scenarios where I'm just not sure what I would write in English. "Pull pull" is easier to translate for me right now than this is.

If that's all it took then her build would be the meta since it's capable of beating a high ranking World Champion build.

It seems unlikely that such a 'safe' build (relatively speaking) can be so strong and not be noticed given how easy it is to replicate it. If we're talking about non-limited class builds like WC/WD ones, then the most likely has to be Nishikienrai given how he went so balls out he shocked even Kongming at how retarded his offensive power was. All power + speed gives you a chance so long as you outskill the opponent long enough to kill them.

I'd argue something like Ainz's build might work, but it'd definitely have to be modified into a more combat oriented build given how Ainz was thinking up plans the whole time and never managed to beat Touch once.

It could just be that his build just had ridiculous dps and durability, which, combined with player skill, makes it very difficult for a generalist like ainz to deal with

We know Touch Me ranks higher than Ulbert, so burst is unlikely. Nishikienrai however, is a speed based player so there's a slight chance his build can pull it off, but it'd probably take outskilling Touch Me to pull that off, which is well, you know. Like for one it's impossible for Nishikienrai to use his trump card since it's too slow in a 1v1 and we didn't see many debuff conditions coming from his attacks.

For Shalltear, it really wouldn't matter how many blood stacks she has if she dies before she can make use of all of them. As pointed out hybrids have a harder time maintaining casting when under pressure, so it's very unlikely Shalltear can outlast a WC build when she's more well rounded and basically just a leech tank.

I mean she could barely phase Ainz with that armor.

He just needs his Staff, most likely. The boost it gives him, while not exactly spelled out, seems to be immense since he's able to affect level 100s with Despair Aura.

Although it's kind of pointless to speculate since there's so little information regarding Touch Me.

A thing that's important to note though is how different 'reality' fights would be in comparison to 'Ygg' fights. In regards to the former, you're actually risking your life, and actually feel pain and the full extent of status effects. Something like Despair Aura was just a status effect in Ygg, but in the NW it seems to make people scared shitless. Ainz has his undead racial bonuses where he remains calm and a certain level of pain is instantly nulled out, but who can say the same for the other races?

Also considering how many skills changed from Ygg - > NW, a theoretical match-up is even further blurred, since we don't know which of their builds is more effective in the NW.

Even without her Momonga setting change, Albedo isn't really that loyal to her creator, as I believe one of her settings indicates that she looks down on her superiors (meaning the Supreme Beings). However, with the Momonga setting change she definitely is completely loyal to Ainz.

Demiurge is a bit of a grey area in regards to this too. I wouldn't be surprised if he puts Ulbert/Momonga on the same level. Momonga and Ulbert were extremely chummy with one another, and the latter basically considered Momonga something of a soul-mate. Demiurge is basically Ulbert's chuuni on steroids and his opinion of Ainz is so through-the-roof that I really wonder if he would be able to choose between his creator and Momonga if it ever came down to it.
