I don't think it did spectacularly well compared to similar stuff like Mikakunin (cos it had Mashiro), but it didn't too terribly either.
Seems like the manga publication is pretty slow though, so s2, if ever, could take quite a while. Probably never though. ;_;

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed D-Frag! too. Like GJ-bu, it was solid comedy full of top-tier girls and the occasional heart-warming moment.
