I watched all of it when I was about 13 years old
I remember really liking the first season but thought the second was a huge drag. I didn't frequent any anime discussion forums at the time, and was suprised that it was so highly regarded when I did. Nothing really happens in this show. I would have at least liked a little character development.

It's probablly well liked as a SOL because it doesn't have any real drama or anything to appeal to viewers.
