Setting aside the animation quality. If you can't see how kizu was aesthetically good, you have no aesthetic sense.

I woudnt trust them with adaptation of most works though, however they are better suited for select types of shows.

I shit on SHAFT all the time on /a/, but they're still a good studio by industry standards. In fact, pretty much any studio that receives a bunch of attention on /a/ (KyoAni, White Fox, Doga Kobo, etc...) are all good studios. It's just they always get compared vs each other.
