Once you've 'selected the co-ordinates' in photoshop with the select tool literally all you need to hit is one key to white them out. That would only work if everyone agreed to use the same raws. The system you want would really only work for a scan group who were all on the same page. Since most scan, translations, and decensoring are done by different people, what you want would have a hard time getting started.
