Tomo cares about her friends in her weird way. She wants Yomi to grow a spine and Chiyo to be more assertive, also pushes Kagura to socialize quicker and gave the normally distant Osaka the nickname everybody knows her for and thus remember her.

She wants everyone to play with her but she's too impulsive and childish often coming out as insensitive.
