Who ready for the comfy?
Different question, I've only watched the first season. Does it start pandering after that? Because I didn't notice any and if it does I might be more motivated to get the rest off my backlog.
I don't know what the other are referring to as fujo pandering, but I would say that it's likely you won't notice whatever they are talking about if you didn't notice anything in S1.
Honestly I liked the vibe and folklore, but got tired of these heavy handed homo innuendo that multiplied over seasons.
I mean I know it's mostly aimed at a teenage audience but I wish they would tone that shit down.
the retarded fujoshi pandering discourse perpetuated by obsessive-compulsive manchildren started many, many years after natsume s1 aired. natsume is an entirely anachronistic show without as much as the mildest of innuendos. don't let that bullshit frame this show too.
The onsen episode in the 2nd season will interest you.
Honestly I don't really expect (or want) full homo pandering, when anons say 'fujobait' I just assume they're exaggerating and mean it has a lot of male interaction, which is what I want. In the first season, no other male really felt significant enough or close enough to Natsume to be of much interest.
Guess I'll be picking it back up, thanks.
Tanuma and especially Natori become more relevant later in the series, both turning up in a couple of stories each per season. Also Matoba keeps showing up.
Natori is pretty relevant very recently in the manga.
It's nothing beyond interaction, don't fall for the hamplanets saying otherwise.
You might not be able to tell since you've only seen S1, but from the ongoing manga it pretty blatant what gets pushed. Still not canon homo of course.
I'm a guy. It's a very enjoyable shoujo without romance (except in the episodic stories from time to time).
Fed up of shipping hambeasts like >>147612372 in Natsume threads though.
What wrong with telling the truth? I didn't say it's canon homo either.
>Hatesex with drunk Reiko
I want it.
It's like 2012.
This will be my first experience with a fifth season.
I'm beyond excited for S5 to begin. It's been ages since S4 came out. I've been following Natsume religiously since I watched it for the first time when the second season started airing.
I want to marry Hinoe-san.
>tfw watched the first 4 seasons before i knew what yaoi was and saw little to no gayness
still not going to ruin it for me now, i cant wait. this is the comfiest super natural anime since Mushi-shi, and having Kamiya voice makes it even better
I've never been able to understand you faggots that go into a seething rage when people say "comfy"
It's a worryingly common condition
>being this mad his favorite show didn't get 5 seasons
Good thing there's 5 seasons of it now, no cheap waifubait got this yet
Nyanko-sensei is best boy you fucking pleb.
Shoujo is fujoshit, males idolishit is fujoshit, otome is fujoshit, anything with more than one guy is fujoshit for /a/, guys can't be friends with guys or it will be fujoshit.
Don't say shit about Nyanko-sensei.
Yes? Have you been in a Love Live thread?
Not him but it sort of is. Anything with a full female cast has tons of yuri innuendos and countless fanart on the subject. Doesn't mean everyone who watches it is looking for that though and it doesn't mean anyone is actually gay.
Why are you so upset by the truth?
Natsume has fujobait and that's the truth. What's your point again?
Not really, but since there's one up right now I'll check it out.
>Doesn't mean everyone who watches it is looking for that though and it doesn't mean anyone is actually gay.
That goes both ways and can be applied to this show. People will see what they want to see.
