Because she's fucking insane and besides the eroticism every interaction he has with her ultimately goes poorly.

He's also held Chiyo on a pedestal for months and gotten to the point where his main motivation to survive is being able to date the idealized conception of her he's built up in his head.

Chiyo would have to somehow ruin his perception of her and Hana would have to show her sweet side more often for him to choose her.

The first half of School Prison manga was so fucking good
its meant to be comedic but I felt the tension almost each chapter
Playing intense music while reading also helped
That scene with Hana and Kiyoshi trying to unlock the door was fucking insane

The last chapters ever since the Cavalry competition have been a drag. The overall plot progression seems to have hit a brick wall for some reason. I hope the author didn't run out of ideas on how the story is going to continue.

The only logical way of getting hana and Kiyoshi together at this point is if the author puts then in a situation where they can be totally honest with each other and have a normal conversation about what they actually feel about each other and the future of their relationship.
As one of the anons said, hana should show her more loving and sweet side to kiyoshi so that he doesn't think she's all crazy juice.
This relationship is by far my favorite out of all the manga I've read so far so I seriously hope the author impresses us with how it turns out

I hope that he just came up with something but in order for it to work he had to pack a shit ton on dialogue in this arc in order for the next one to work and progress smoothly.
He's already written about chiyo's birthday and the day of Tanabata which is like a constellation that depicts two lovers becoming one which is probably going to be something about kiyoshi and hana hopefully
I kinda also want this manga to end but only if it keeps on dragging on but if it picks up the pace like in the beginning then I'm on board once more
