It's probably Mob Psycho 100, thus far.

The source material is interesting and fun, and uses its premise to explore its themes of talent vs hard work very effectively.

As an adaptation, it manages to create a style that simultaneously feels faithful to the original, and fresh in its execution.

Its production team is mostly experienced animators, and it shows in the storyboarding, the action, even the way they budget their episodes.

Regardless of any level of personal enjoyment, Mob Psycho is just well made.

Danganronpa is the only show I can think of that isn't meme-tier or a snoozefest "with great direction". The show is fun and enjoyable, and that beats anything I've seen in the last year so far. Every single episode makes me look forward to next week.

Who knows? Maybe autumn will surprise me. But so far, DR3 is the best even though it doesn't have much under its belt.
